Why 300 DPI and bleed matter
Files made for screens do not carry enough resolution for print — text comes out fuzzy. Bleed is the extra margin allowed for the cutter, because paper trimming always shifts slightly. Without it you can end up with a thin white edge that cannot be fixed.
Check every contact detail before printing
This is the least skippable step in any print job. One wrong digit means an entire box of unusable cards. Read the phone number, email, and address in the image against what you entered, character by character.
What belongs on a card
Only what the recipient will actually use: name, role, one or two primary contact channels, and the brand. Cards that list every channel make the one someone needs harder to find.
