My Life

A place for the things worth remembering that usually get lost in the rush of each day: medical history, the important dates of people around you, pet vaccinations, insurance and asset renewal dates, goals, habits, and a diary. Every register is free, every date is gathered into one calendar, and AI tools read your own records to help you review a week or prepare for a doctor's appointment.

What this section fixes

These things have one trait in common: nobody reminds you, and you usually find out too late. The car insurance lapses, a birthday slips by, you cannot recall when a symptom started, or when the pet last had its shots. The information is scattered across chats, photos, and memory. This section gives each subject a structured home, then pulls every date worth remembering out of every register into one calendar.

What it covers

  • Health — symptoms, medication, weight, doctor appointments, and treatment history
  • People who matter — family, friends, partner, colleagues, customers, with each person's important dates and things to remember
  • Pets — vaccinations, vet appointments, food, and expenses
  • Assets — home, car, insurance, key documents, maintenance, and renewal dates
  • Life goals — goals, milestones, and percentage progress
  • Habits and routines — daily targets and streaks
  • Work and career, learning and skills — roles, projects, achievements, courses, certificates
  • Daily diary — jot anything into a general notebook, or keep separate notebooks by subject
  • About me — what you want AI to know about you, so answers fit you better

Every date worth remembering, in one calendar

My calendar is not one you fill in by hand. It pulls dates from every register automatically — doctor and vet appointments, birthdays of people who matter, insurance renewals, and bills and debts from the finance section — so one page shows what this week and this month hold.

How people actually use it

  • Before a doctor's appointment — have the preparation tool gather chronic conditions, allergies, regular medication, and recorded symptoms into a short summary you can cover in a limited consultation
  • Sunday evening — open My Week, let AI review what actually got done last week from your records, then plan the coming week around the dates already on the calendar
  • At a meal — photograph the plate for AI to estimate the dish, calories, and nutrients, then save it to the health register
  • Car insurance coming up — the calendar shows it in advance because it is recorded under assets, no reminder letter needed
  • A friend's birthday approaching — it appears on the calendar with the note you made about what they wanted this year

AI tools that read your own records

Unlike asking a general AI, where you retell everything each time, the tools here — My Week, doctor-visit preparation, and the food scanner — read the registers you have already filled in. Answers are grounded in your real situation, and the more detail you keep in About Me, the closer they fit you.

Personal and sensitive data

This section holds the most sensitive data of all, especially health records and details about the people around you. The system stores only what you enter, tied to your user account alone. AI sees it only at the moment you use an AI tool, and the About Me page states clearly which parts of your data are passed to which tool.

Not medical advice

The health and pet pages are records only. They do not assess symptoms, diagnose, or recommend treatment. The doctor-visit preparation tool helps you organise what to tell the doctor; it does not replace one. For health matters, follow your doctor and your vet.

Free — so where are the charges?

No register or calendar in this section deducts Points or Credits, because recording and reading your own data does not call an AI model, and registers export to CSV. Only the tools that call a model — My Week, doctor-visit preparation, and the food scanner — are charged by actual use, with an estimate shown before you press the button.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a notes app or a calendar?

A notes app stores free text that is hard to search and follow up. This section gives each subject its own structure — medication and appointments under health, vaccinations under pets, renewal dates under assets — and gathers dates from every register into one calendar automatically.

Is it really free?

All registers and the calendar are free. Only the three AI tools — My Week, doctor-visit preparation, and the food scanner — are charged by use, with an estimate shown first.

Is my health data safe?

The system stores only what you enter, tied to your account alone, and AI sees it only when you use an AI tool. The About Me page shows clearly which parts of your data go to which tool.

Do I have to fill in the calendar myself?

No. The calendar pulls appointments, birthdays, renewal dates, and bills and debts from the finance section automatically from what is recorded in each register.

Can the AI diagnose me?

No, and it is not designed to. The health page is a record, and the doctor-visit preparation tool only helps you organise what to tell your doctor.

What about things that fit no category?

Use the daily diary — jot them into the general notebook, or create separate notebooks for subjects you want to follow.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The main registers export to CSV for a backup or for use in other programs.
