Customers
A customer register for the shop, holding contact details and delivery addresses in one place so you are not digging through old chat threads every time someone reorders.

Deliberately separate from personal contacts
There is a separate register for the people in your personal life, and it is intentionally not merged with shop customers. The two sets carry different sensitivity and belong to different contexts; merging them makes it far too easy to pull personal information into sales work.
What you can use it for
- Reuse delivery addresses instead of asking returning customers each time
- Link to sales so you can see what a customer has bought before
- Keep contact channels tied to outstanding work
This is other people's data
What you record here is your customers' personal information. Keep only what the sale and delivery actually require, and avoid storing anything you do not use — particularly sensitive details unrelated to the transaction.
