The problem it solves
Most small sellers know what they sold but cannot say what they actually kept, because revenue lives in chat threads, cost lives in a notebook, and stock on the shelf is never counted as money tied up. This connects the three automatically.
The numbers connect themselves
- Record a sale → stock drops and profit is computed from the cost on that date
- Record a purchase → stock rises and average cost updates itself
- Adjust stock → the value of stock on hand follows, with the reason recorded
- All of it flows into the shop overview without manual adding
Separated from personal money by design
Shop and personal finances are kept apart structurally, so shop profit is never mixed with personal spending — the main reason many sellers cannot tell whether the shop is profitable or merely cycling cash.
Free throughout
No page in the shop section consumes Points or Credits, because it stores and reads your own data rather than calling an AI model.
