The problem it solves

Most small sellers know how much they sold this month but cannot say how much profit is actually left, because sales live in chat, costs live in a notebook, and stock sitting on the shelf is never counted as money tied up. When it is time to decide whether to reorder or raise prices, the decision comes from gut feeling. This section links those three numbers automatically: what was sold, what it cost, and what is still left.

What it covers

• Shop overview — sales, cost, monthly profit, best sellers, and low-stock items, on one page
• Sales — record each sale; stock is deducted and profit calculated automatically, with quick repeat sales of earlier orders
• Purchases — record incoming goods; stock rises and the average cost updates by itself

The numbers connect across the whole system

• Record a sale → stock drops, and profit is calculated from the cost on the day of sale, not the latest cost
• Record a purchase → stock rises, and that product's average cost updates by itself
• Adjust stock → the value of goods on hand changes, with a history of why
• Everything flows into the shop overview, where totals are computed from every record — nothing to add up yourself

A real selling day

• Goods arrive — photograph the supplier's bill, let AI read the lines and match them to your product register, check, and save the whole bill as one purchase
• A customer orders in chat — open sales, pick the customer and products from the registers; stock is deducted and a receipt is ready to send back at once
• A regular reorders — repeat the earlier sale and change only the quantity
• A customer has not paid yet — have the system draft a polite reminder from the actual outstanding amount
• Month end — open the monthly review to see what sold well, what is sitting in stock, and which items earn too little per unit to be worth it

Receipts and messages to customers

Every sale can produce a receipt from the shop profile you set up once — shop name, address, and payment channels — ready to send in chat immediately. For amounts still unpaid, the system drafts a reminder from the real outstanding balance that you can copy and send, instead of typing a new one each time.

AI that knows your shop

The shop profile has fields for what you sell, who your customers are, and what makes the shop different. The AI tools in this section use that as context — the monthly review reads real sales, stock, and profit and points to what to deal with first, and the purchase-bill scanner matches lines on the bill directly to products in your own register.

Separate from personal money by design

Shop accounts and personal money are deliberately kept apart, so shop profit never mixes with personal spending — the main reason many sellers cannot tell whether the shop is profitable, because everything moves through one account. Free — so where are the charges?

No register in this section deducts Points or Credits, because recording and reading your own data does not call an AI model, and registers export to CSV. Only the two tools that call a model — the monthly shop review and the purchase-bill scanner — are charged by actual use, with an estimate shown before you press the button.
