• Points (monthly allowance): usage included with your plan each month. They reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
• Credits: credits you buy separately. They stay in your account, never expire, and can be used even on the free plan.

Order of deduction: Points are always used first. Once they run out, Credits are used so your work is not interrupted.

Yes. Rights in the images, audio, and video you generate belong to you, and you may use them in advertising, sell them, or use them personally. This is subject to the licence terms of the model you used, and you must not misuse or misrepresent images of other people (see sections 2 and 3 of the Terms of Service).

You can cancel yourself at any time from the Membership plan menu by pressing Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged for the next cycle.

There is no refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it is not a refund request. Amounts already paid are not returned and are not pro-rated. If your permanent library holds more than the free plan quota, please read section 4 of the Cancellation Policy before you cancel.

Yes. Create an API Key from the API Key menu on your dashboard, then follow the API guide. The API follows the same standard as the OpenAI API, so it works out of the box with coding IDE apps and existing SDKs.

When processing fails, the system normally detects it and does not deduct Points or Credits. If you do find a failed job where credits were still taken, please contact us with the date, time, and which service you used. We will check the records and restore the value as credits in your account.

Please report it within 30 days of the transaction so the records are still available for us to check.
