Welcome to ThaiProMax. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before use. By signing in, generating content, or connecting through our API, you accept all of the terms set out below.

1. Scope of service

Our platform provides AI-based generation and conversion services, including image generation, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and video generation. Service availability depends on compute resources and on the Credits/Points included in the plan you have purchased.

2. Ownership of generated work

• Ownership of creative output: Rights and ownership in images, video, or audio generated through the service belong directly to the account holder who issued the generation request.
• Commercial use: You may use, publish, or sell those outputs commercially, subject to the licence terms of the specific AI model you used.
• Trademarks: You may not use the ThaiProMax name, logo, or rights in any way that implies partnership with or endorsement by us when none exists.

3. Prohibited and unacceptable use

You agree not to use this platform to:

1. Generate or upload content that is unlawful or contrary to public order and good morals, such as child sexual abuse material or extreme violent content.
2. Create disinformation, impersonate others, or produce deepfakes of another person without their consent for the purpose of harassment or deception.
3. Send requests beyond the permitted rate (API spamming), or attempt to breach the system outside the standard API key channel we provide.
4. Share your personal account access for others to reuse, or exploit weaknesses in order to generate results without spending credits.
5. Use automated tools to write records into the registries in a way that does not reflect genuine human use, placing an unnecessary load on the system or its storage.

4. Credits and Points

• Points (membership points): Points granted monthly with a subscription are valid for that billing cycle only. They reset at the start of each new billing cycle and cannot be carried over.
• Global Credits: Credits you purchase separately stay in your digital wallet without expiry, and are deducted once your monthly Points run out.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Neither the company nor the development team can guarantee that AI output will suit your intended purpose in every case, or that the system will not encounter bottlenecks caused by increased upstream usage. We reserve the right to continuously develop and improve the underlying models in order to maintain quality.

5.1 Your data and backups

The data you save in the registries (such as My Life, My Finance, and My Shop) remains yours. We do not sell it or disclose it to third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

However, while the system is still under development, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of that data. Data may be lost, corrupted, or become inaccessible as a result of system faults, data structure changes, or outages at the infrastructure providers we rely on.

You should therefore keep your own copies of important data on a regular basis and should not treat this service as the only place your records exist. Nothing in this disclaimer affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

5.2 How long we keep your data

Generated work is held in your temporary library for 7 days and is then deleted — download it or move it to your permanent library before it expires if you want to keep it. Chat messages are kept for 60 days. Personal registry records and account details are kept for as long as your account remains active. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
